About Coffee Snob - Specialty Coffee

The moment one steps inside this cozy space, the subtle hum of espresso machines intertwines with hushed conversation and the occasional clink of ceramic cups. A thoughtful clientele clutches carefully brewed cups, revealing a shared appreciation for quality and craft. Photographs of coffee origins and brewing techniques adorn the walls, giving insight into the passion behind each cup. The interior, while simple, evokes the precision and reverence of a genuine specialty coffee establishment, where the focus isn’t just on quick caffeine fixes but on an experience refined by knowledge and care.

Exploring the Coffee Snob - Specialty Coffee menu reveals an eclectic range of offerings, stretching beyond standard espresso-based drinks. Single-origin pour-overs and meticulously prepared flat whites showcase the attention to detail expected at a specialty coffee shop. While the beverage options impress, some might find the food selection limited, focusing primarily on light pastries rather than heartier fare. Reviews from visitors often highlight the expert baristas’ skill, but note that the pace can slow during busier periods, making patience a requisite. The balance of value feels appropriate given the elevated quality and atmosphere.

There is a certain calmness to be found in the ritual here: a slow sip, contemplation, and a brief pause amid a busy day. Coffee Snob’s vibe lends itself not only to casual meetups but to solitary moments of reflection enhanced by well-crafted coffee. Browsing through photos of the space, drinks, and plating later provides a fuller picture of what many describe as a consistently rewarding experience, even if the layout constraints mean a few tight spots during peak hours. In all, the combination of a distinctive coffee journey with genuine hospitality defines the essence of this specialty coffee restaurant.

What a gorgeous coffee shop!!! The coffee was absolutely fantastic, 10/10! I would consider myself a ‘coffee snob’. Service was great! Sad to have only found it on my last day. I’ll definitely be back next time!

Stopped by for a flat white as it is hard to find them in southern Europe. The flat white was good although a little cold. The coffee taste was pleasant and at the correct strength. The price at 5.80€ is high but nothing in these tourist town in Croatia surprised me now. Nice location to sit in the alleyway and watch all the tour groups pass by.

Good coffee and a cozy space with a nice outdoor seating area. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The service, however, was just average and not particularly friendly. Still worth a visit if you’re looking for a good cup of coffee in a comfortable setting.

The perfect spot for a coffee break! The coffee is top quality—always fresh and perfectly made. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always ready to recommend something new. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, ideal for working, reading, or a relaxed chat. I especially loved the latte art and attention to detail. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Fabulous coffee and pastries - so nice we made extra time before our boat trip to get some! Coffee is very nice and light. I had the lemon mascarpone almond croissant and it was just delicious. Very nice fresh lemon flavour not overly powering or zingy.

Coffee Snob can definitely claim the title as their coffee is the best! Their pastries are soft with a bit of crunch and just delicious. I have come here twice now and will be visiting again. Their staff are friendly and helpful and their decor is simplistic, modern, and elegant! Such a comfortable space.

A cool and bright specialty coffee shop. In addition to coffee, they also offer high-quality matcha. You can buy merch and beautiful handmade cups here. There’s also a separate room where you can get food - we tried the focaccia, and it was very tasty. Prices seemed slightly higher than in less popular coffee shops, but that’s just an observation. Both the coffee and matcha were really good - I’d love to come back again!
